I knew when I heard the breathing at the beginning of this video that the brave man on the other end had very heavy information to get off his chest; that physiologically he was already responding to the emotions the words he would share evoke in him. He was reliving the trauma in his min, and not only his own, but that of his wife.
It’s criminal what has befallen innocent people, but so admirable what they have tolerated to fight back and to have the courage to share their experiences with us today.
May John and his wife have the protection they deserve and never suffer again the brutality inflicted on them for so long, particularly since John is coming forward and asking how he can be of service to his country. ~ BP
