Waar Oh waar is Justin Trudeau? Een ongrijpbare premier verbergt zich in het volle zicht
Leiders gevangen met hun broek naar beneden hebben de neiging om de schijnwerpers te ontlopen. Soms - zoals in het geval van "Paus" Benedict - verbergen ze zich helemaal. Justin "Mini Me" Trudeau is geen uitzondering. Sinds Trudeau publiekelijk is genoemd en opgeroepen als een belangrijke verdachte in het nieuwste oorlogsmisdadigerstribunaal van Canada, heeft het de
media vermeden als een belegerde Dick Nixon in zijn laatste dagen.
Op 6 september kondigde de Liberale Partij aan dat Eerste
Minister Justin Trudeau zal niet deelnemen aan komende debatten over partijverkiezingen, waaronder het op 12 september uitgezonden debat over Macleans / City TV op televisie. Met de liberalen die meedoen aan de verkiezingen terwijl de federale verkiezingen op 21 oktober opdoemen, doet de partij zijn
best om twee politieke bommen te negeren en te bagatelliseren: Trudeau's persoonlijke betrokkenheid bij het SNC Lavalin omkopingsschandaal waarbij zijn eigen kabinetsleden betrokken waren, en het groeiende bewijs van zijn banden met inheemse moordende Chinese bedrijven in British Columbia. Trudeau
weigerde te reageren op een openbare dagvaarding die hem afgelopen juni werd gegeven om vragen over deze banden te beantwoorden tijdens een aankomend internationaal tribunaal in Vancouver vanaf 16 september.
Misschien niet gerelateerd was dit telefoontje
gemaakt op 2 september aan de syndicatieve journaliste Sarah Webster door een advocaat die beweerde het kantoor van de premier (PMO) te vertegenwoordigen. De advocaat grilde (?) Webster over een artikel dat ze schrijft over Kevin Annett en de Republikeinse beweging. Volgens mevrouw
Webster,
“De advocaat vroeg me waarom ik contact had opgenomen met
de PMO en of ik dit namens Kevin Annett had gedaan. Toen ik hem nee antwoordde, dat ik gewoon een artikel over hem aan het onderzoeken was en iemand bij het PMO wilde interviewen, drong hij aan op informatie over Kevin's locatie en plannen. Toen ik voor dom speelde, waarschuwde hij me dat mijn verzuim om informatie te verstrekken over de "veiligheid" van belangrijke overheidsfunctionarissen een misdrijf vormde en dat ik vervolgd kon worden.
'Wat heeft dominee Annett te maken met de veiligheid van overheidsfunctionarissen? 'vroeg ik aan de advocaat. Toen hij niet antwoordde, ging ik verder,
'Wil je zeggen dat Kevin Annett dat is? een bedreiging voor hun veiligheid? "
"Ik ben zo geïnformeerd, ja"
'Door wie?"
"Door de relevante autoriteiten"
"Bedoelt u een politieke dreiging?"
"Ik ben niet vrij om over iets anders te reageren"
Het is duidelijk dat Justin Trudeau en degenen om hem heen meer dan een beetje nerveus zijn over de aandacht van de Republikeinse campagne voor de Chinese connectie met de liberale regering. Het aanvallen van de boodschapper - in dit geval nogmaals Kevin Annett - is standaard voor crimineel-medeplichtige regimes van zowel kerk als staat.
Zoals proberen de schuurdeur achter alle paarden te sluiten als ze los zijn.

Op de Campagne Trail: van west naar oost
Twee nieuwe afgevaardigden voor een toekomstig Republikeins congres voegden zich bij Kevin Annett, Tim Bartsch en Brenda Everall op het campagnespoor. De nieuwe afgevaardigden zullen hun identiteit komende week bekendmaken, maar ze wonen aan de westkust van Canada en in Alberta. Een van hen heeft onlangs een Republikeinse Vergadering bijeengeroepen op eigen traditioneel inheems grondgebied en kondigde een einde aan aan alle banden tussen haar lokale geboorteland en de federale overheid.
“We hebben nooit de autoriteit van de Britse Kroon erkend
of de poppen van de genocidale overheid in Ottawa 'zei de afgevaardigde. "Als onafhankelijke, traditionele inheemse mensen slaan we de handen ineen met Kevin Annett en de beweging om een Republiek van gelijke naties in Kanata te creëren."
Deze nieuwe vrijwilligers hebben zich de afgelopen week bij Kevin Annett aangesloten in een reeks lokale verkiezingsbijeenkomsten in "British" Columbia en Alberta. Op de Dag van de Arbeid sprak Kevin ook tijdens een regelmatige vergadering van de Republikeinse Vergadering van Noord-Winnipeg, waar hij zijn kandidatuur op 23 juli aankondigde.
Tijdens de week van 16 september, zullen er drie Republikeinse evenementen worden gehouden in Owen Sound, Toronto en Picton, Ontario: respectievelijk op de 16e, 18e en 20e.

"Er is een verbazingwekkende stroom van ondersteuningsopbouw voor de Republiek, waar we ook naartoe gaan ”, zei Kevin Annett vandaag vanuit zijn kantoor in Winnipeg.
“De officiële nationale peiling die 58% steun toonde voor een Canadese Republiek is verouderd. Onze eigen peiling van mensen op de grond deze afgelopen week vertoont een ondersteuningsniveau van 73%. Onze tijd is gekomen. Het enige probleem is nu of mensen de volgende stap zetten, burgerschap uitdragen en actief de Republiek bouwen".

New Republican Assemblies formed
Three more Republican Assemblies were formed and chartered
this past week, bringing the total to eleven across Kanata. That was the good news issued from the central office of the Provisional Council for the Republic in Winnipeg.
Under common law and the Republican Constitution, twelve
or more people in a community can sign a Charter and constitute themselves as a legislative Assembly with the power to form a citizen's militia and local common law courts. These Republican Assemblies can then issue citizenship identities and deputize police
to disavow their allegiance to the “crown” and serve under the authority of the Republic.

Cleansing the Temples: National Day
of Action against Genocidal Canadian Churches set for September 22
60,000 murdered children was part of the fuel that
ignited the Republic of Kanata. The churches that killed them in their so-called residential schools have had no legal or moral right to operate ever since their lawful conviction as genocidal institutions in February 2013. A standing arrest warrant is still
in place for the top officers of the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada, their churches have been legally evicted from our nation, and the property and assets of these criminal bodies can be legally seized by the people.

On Sunday, September 22, the Republic of Kanata is
sponsoring a National Day of Action to make this happen. Citizens and their indigenous allies will be picketing, occupying and reclaiming these churches across the nation. Citizens and supporters can and should organize an action at their local Catholic, Anglican

But don’t forget: this is not a one day event. The
disestablishing of these churches and the reclaiming of their space is an open-ended and ongoing effort. It represents part of the Republic’s program of cleansing our nation of its ongoing genocide and the institutions responsible.
The Free University is launched under
the Republic’s auspices
How do we construct a truly post-colonial, anti-corporatist
education system and culture in Kanata when those who try to do so are continually targeted and marginalized? Five blacklisted scholars are showing us how.
At a founding meeting in Vancouver on August 24, the
five men and women and their supporters formed a movement called The Free University. Their aim is twofold: a) to construct a “Pedagogy and Curriculum of Liberation” to reverse the legacy and mindset of a genocidal Canada, and b) to provide an alternative
forum for scholars who have been blacklisted for their work. The Free University has affiliated itself to the Republic of Kanata and will operate under its jurisdiction and security, and within its territories.
According to one of the founding scholars, an indigenous
woman of Anishinabe-Cree ancestry,
“Canada is a country of silent but ruthless academic
censorship. The purging of dissident scholars like us goes on behind the scenes but is systematic, weeding out any alternative view of official history. The classic, ground breaking work on the Canadian genocide, Kevin Annett’s
Murder by Decree,
has been purged right out of every college and library across Canada. Our job is to reverse this culture of censorship. We must make the full truth of our domestic war crimes known to every student and to our children. We won’t have a future, otherwise.”
Kevin Annett was present at the founding meeting. He
spoke of his expulsion from the University of ‘British’ Columbia (UBC) during his Ph.D program between 1996-1998, after the intervention of his former employer, the United Church of Canada. Kevin was also banned from lecturing on the UBC campus in 2003 and
again last year. Academic allies of his like sociologist Dr. Richard Fredericks have been threatened and fired for circulating Kevin’s books, films and research in their classrooms.
“The Free University is also our way of fighting the
Corporate University and its rule of Big Money over Free Inquiry” declared Kevin to the meeting.
“If we are to have a new Republic we have to unlearn
the thoughts and ways of a genocidal culture. Our education system has to free the truth and the real history as well as the minds of our coming generations.”
The Free University has just issued two special leaflets
and internet notices addressed to the students and faculty of the University of BC and Vancouver Island University. They address the complicity of these colleges with the west coast genocide and the presence of mass graves of native women and children on their

“Some guys just never give up” Sarah commented after
observing Kevin at one of his election meetings in the north end of Winnipeg. “And of course, neither do the creeps.”
Sarah described her recent harassment by a government
lawyer who wanted to know all she could tell him about Kevin Annett’s plans and movements. She declined, and then the lawyer spoke of her possible prosecution.
“It’s the same reaction, wherever you go in official
Canadian society” said Sarah.
“The mere mention of the name Kevin Annett sends everyone
into a frenzy. I find that fascinating, both as a journalist and a non-Canadian. To be so hated at the top and so cherished on the bottom of society means you’re doing something right in my book. And now with the Republic idea, I expect the division to get
even greater and the shit to fly even more. Hell, I want to do a whole series on Kevin.”
